Rector of Karshi International University
Ulug’bek Rustamovich earned his bachelor’s degree from the Fergana Polytechnic Institute. He holds a PhD in Chemical Sciences and the title of Associate Professor. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at Qarshi International University.
